The Deltaz – True American Sound, Forged by Fire and Reborn in Nashville
After more than a decade of cutting their teeth in the hills above Los Angeles, The Deltaz (brothers John and Ted Siegel) have crafted a sound that’s as dynamic as it is authentic. Drawing from deep roots in blues, classic country, folk, and psychedelic rock, they’ve built a reputation for delivering music that’s both raw and refined.
The brothers started in a handmade studio on Mulholland Highway, perfecting a unique sonic blend that became their trademark: a gritty California take on Americana, rich in vocal harmony, soulful storytelling, and hard-hitting guitar work.
But in 2018, the Woolsey Fire destroyed their home and studio. Instead of giving up, they turned their tragedy into transformation, building a mobile recording studio in a vintage Airstream and continuing their journey with even more drive.
Now based in Nashville, The Deltaz have tapped into the heart of the American music tradition—bringing their West Coast roots to the Southern stage. Whether performing at The Listening Room Cafe, The Basement, or classic spots like Puckett’s, they captivate with a mix of back-porch sincerity and electric stage presence.
